Steps for Recertification and Revalidation
- Completed form should be returned with photocopies of all related document(s).
- Original Documents should be brought along for sighting.
- All payments should be made with an ANSSID/ASIN number with Revenue code: 60001001—12040250
- Application form can be obtained at ANAMGIS Service Centre Ministry of Lands, Awka or Downloaded here
