In furtherance of this mission, the Government has entered into a strategic public-private partnership with a renowned and well sought-after real estate developers to actualize the vision of a modern and liveable Anambra State, and to facilitate the creation of a new city within the Awka Capital Territory.

We are pleased to announce that the following key developers have been selected to spearhead the development of the Aguaba Government Reserved Area ( GRA) as an integral part of the new city development.
