Accounts department

This is an integral part of the ministry. The accounts department’s functions ranges from Budget preparation and it’s implementation. Funds disbursement in line with approved budget. The department also Ensures adequate revenue generation, payroll administration and proper internal control mechanism.
The department is in charge of collecting money for the government from the ministry, which includes:
  1. Survey fees.
  2. Deeps execution and registration.
  3. Search and registration fees for documentaries.
  4. Application fee for plot allocation.
  5. Land rent collection.
  6. Sublease, that includes assignments and mortgages.
